How to get discount coupons if you have already shopped on Temu before?

We tested it ourselves and this method really works. Here are the exact points how we got the discount coupon:
- Na support page click on the "Contact Us" button at the very bottom
- A chat window will open, where at first only an automatic robot is available
- Write a question in the chat along the lines of: "Do you have any coupons?" or "I want coupon", i.e. "Do you have any coupons?" or "I want a coupon"
- We tried this method twice through two different accounts. In the first account, the chat system offered us to switch communication from a robot to a real person.
In the second account, communication was still taking place through a robot, which rejected us three times, but on the fourth time created the same coupon as a real person

In our case, us created a 20% discount, which is capped at a maximum amount of €20. This one the coupon was automatically added to our Temu account within 24 hours of contacting support. The coupon is valid for 7 days and subsequently expires.
Above in the screenshot you can see that a 20% discount coupon was indeed added to the account, just as they promised. We also tried to use it in the order, whether it is really active and the coupon worked without problems:
