Hello. Is there a 2-year warranty for it when it comes from a Czech warehouse?

Frederik

Hello, no, the warranty is still 1 year.

Patrik

So it's not? or 1 year?

Frederik

There is a 1 year warranty.

Mario

It looks interesting, but the display was saved terribly. Quite good parameters, but the display is simply a tragedy.

Juraj

You have him? Does it meet the declared parameters?

Zdeno

Hi. Still under warranty. In the case of a complaint in the one-year warranty: How is the complaint applied? At the dealer? And where is the claimed laptop sent - to China to a merchant or to a Czech warehouse? It wouldn't be a more expensive price then registered maily/ by ordinary mail, probably not/ to CN as repair-replacement of the claimed part - e.g. processor, disk, etc.? What would be the real length of the claim period - sending the laptop and returning it after the claim? Certainly more than 30 days….. So I am asking for information
I'm tempted to buy it, but at least some kind of warranty has to be in place to feel safe.

Frederik

Hi. It depends on the problem that occurs with the laptop. Sending to China is the last possible solution, we have experience that the seller paid for the service or sent a spare part. It is not possible to send to EU warehouses, they are only used for sending goods. The claim period is different, sellers basically don't even mention it, but it can be over a month, as long as it is sent to China. But it is possible to agree on reimbursement of the majority of the order amount, sellers prefer to do that rather than sending to CN.
