Let's start with the manufacturer itself. Estonian start-up Ok (pronounced "thunder" in Estonian) presented its first and unique model with an innovative Smart Lock smartphone locking system. It will also be connected to GPS and each device will receive a so-called "digital passport". The company is to start production directly in Europe and draw energy for development and production from renewable sources.

The ground clearance of the chassis is 72 mm and the legroom is at a height of 152 mm.
The construction offers increased water resistance with certification IP X5. It also has 10″ tubeless tires, as well as a place to place a smartphone, which with the help of an app from Ok serves to display information about your ride. If you don't use a smartphone, you can get by with an LED indicator for speed and battery status.
They will take care of a safe stop drum brakes, as well as a regenerative braking system. The dual stand in the front part will make it easier for you to place it on the street. And the replaceable battery will offer convenient charging even outside the place where the scooter is parked.
The mentioned battery has a capacity 583,2 Wh and a maximum range of 40 kilometers on average. Based on the decision of the European Union to unify charging connectors, this electric scooter will be the first in the world to support charging via USB Type C (5 V).
Price and availability of a new electric scooter
The manufacturer indicates the purchase price of a new electric scooter Äike T level 1399 €. However, this scooter is more suitable for rent, in larger cities and towns. It is for this reason that there are several scooter rental subscription plans on the manufacturer's website, namely from €49/month.
There is also information on operating costs, which says that the price for riding this scooter is only 0,22 € for 100 kilometers. However, this figure may vary according to the local price of electricity.
