Smartphone manufacturer Realme we can definitely classify it as an established brand at the moment. The Chinese company has in its portfolio, similar to Xiaomi, OnePlus or Vivo, smartphones with an excellent price-performance ratio. Some models are cheaper, others more expensive.
An upcoming and much-anticipated model line Realm GT Neo with serial number 5, it will be among the main protagonists of 2023. Even though quite a bit of time separates us from the show itself, various interesting information regarding the equipment is starting to leak to the surface.
Realme GT Neo 5 in two variants
Just recently, a post appeared on the microblogging platform Weibo that summarizes the currently available information related to the upcoming arrival of a new series of smartphones. Apparently, we can look forward to two models, but the differences between them will not be more than marginal.
Based on the leaks, both smartphones will be presented with a beautiful 6,74 "AMOLED display with 1,5K resolution (2772 x 1240 pixels) and refresh rate 144 Hz. The most demanding performance requirements are taken care of by the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1.
Both models will also offer the same camera configuration on the back. To the main one 50 MPx the Sony IMX890 sensor will be seconded by a wide-angle lens with resolution 8 MPx a 2 MPx macro sensor. The basic memory configuration represents 8 / 128 GB, but the highest version will offer up to 16 GB RAM a 1 TB internal storage.

There were quite a lot of common features, it's time to move on to some differences, so there really aren't many of them. The variants will primarily differ in battery capacity and charging speed. The basic model will have 5000 mAh battery and 150 W by charging, the more mature sibling moves the bar a little higher, specifically to 4600 mAh and up to 240 W charge.
The maximum charging power of 240 W is a huge attraction for many people. We ourselves are very curious about this Chinese initiative, however, as we mentioned at the beginning of the article, we will have to wait for some time for the actual launch.
We will continue to carefully monitor the whole situation and publish all news on our technology portal China Planet. If you don't want to miss anything important, join our group on Facebook and sign up for notifications.
