The new high-quality photos come from the 91Mobiles and OnLeaks leakers and show the complete design of the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone. We have already seen the rectangular shape of the camera somewhere. It was specifically with the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro models, from which this design also borrowed this model.
It differs slightly in the location of the third camera and LED flash. On the front we can see that the second generation Nord will no longer bring an ultra wide angle camera, but the user will have to be satisfied with only one selfie camera. We see this as a step back. The frames look really thin and the mobile phone should be comfortable to hold in your hand.
We assume that the second generation will also retain the flash fingerprint reader in the display. Those from OnePlus have been among the best on the market for years. The photos are computer-based on prototypes, so the final design may be a little different.
This time in the main role of MediaTek
Last year's Snapdragon 765G seems to replace a processor from MediaTek, namely the Dimensity 1200, which is somewhere between the Snapdragon 865 and 870, which would definitely improve the new generation. Support for 5G networks will be a matter of course in this model. 8 GB of RAM basically we saw last year.
OnePlus Nord 2 may arrive at the end septembra, although some sources also mention the month of July. We will have to wait for a while to see how it will turn out, although it looks like OnePlus will pull out some powerful weapons in the upper mid-range segment.
