Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro: The next generation of popular smartwatches
The first Huawei Watch was officially introduced in 2015. Now comes a new generation with the label Huawei Watch 3, which also brings some practical elements from the competition. The main novelty is a rotating crown with a patterned edge, which offers more functions for controlling the system itself.
The body of the watch is made of 316L stainless steel, which has a shiny finish. The front is covered with 3D rounded protective glass. Just below it is 1,43 ″ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 60 Hz, brightness up to 1000 nits and a resulting fineness of 326 ppi.
There will be a lack of support for fitness functions, resp. sports activities and a detailed connection to a smartphone, including support eSIM. The advantage is new widgets for information about the weather, the stock market, but also for the music player, etc. The Huawei Card service for uploading a payment card to a watch will also be integrated, but it will probably not be available in Europe, so far only in China.
The watch will support a group of sensors, including heart rate or even body temperature. The integrated battery ensures standard and average endurance at the level of 14 days (21 days in power saving mode, 7 days in intelligent mode). The advantage is the integrated microphone and speaker for the possibility of handling telephone calls or support for other third-party applications from the AppGallery store.
Other features include a number of dials and various versions with leather and silicone bracelets, automatic recognition of 6 sports activities, a function for remote camera shutter or support for control of selected intelligent devices from workshop-supported manufacturers.
The manufacturer has also prepared a more luxurious version for us Watch 3Pro in Classic and Elite versions. One with a leather one and the other with a metal strap. It will please a significant improvement in the accuracy of GPS signal localization and sapphire screen glass. The back of this version is also ceramic.

Advance sale of new smart watches Huawei Watch 3 a Watch 3Pro starts in China today. The sale itself will then start on June 11, 2021 at selected retailers. These are the prices for each version:
