The bike has been on sale for more than two years, we have tested it ourselves, but so far we have not noticed anyone with a bad experience. It's possible that you just had a faulty piece, of course it also depends on the battery you replaced. Is this an original battery? We might try to solve the problem with the bad battery status indicator via the controller. There may also be a problem.
