Owners of OnePlus devices are already eagerly awaiting an update to the latest Android system. The Chinese manufacturer showed in the forum today the plan for updating the Oxygen OS 11 system, which is based on Android 11.
Oxygen OS 11 is currently available on the new smartphone series OnePlus 8 and 8T. According to a forum post, the next in line will be the OnePlus Nord, which received a December security update called Oxygen OS 10.5.10 last week.
Other devices in the series include the OnePlus 7 and 7T, although the Chinese manufacturer announced this update for the seventh generation before the end of 2020.
Other devices include the OnePlus 6 and 6T series smartphones, which were originally launched in 2018 with the Android 8.1 Oreo resp. Android 9.0 Pie. The update will eventually be available for cheap smartphones OnePlus North 10 and Nord 100.
