Spoločnosť OnePlus is already preparing its upcoming series of smartphones with the label OnePlus 9. We already know the model designations and selected technical specifications of these upcoming devices.
OnePlus 9 series smartphones
We could see a new series of smartphones called OnePlus 9 in the first quarter of 2021. Smartphones are already in development and their arrival on the sales market is expected around March next year. Currently, thanks to the TechDroider source, we already know the code designations of models as well as key technical specifications.
Upcoming models should come with the following designation:
- OnePlus 9: LE2110
- OnePlus 9 Pro: LE2117, LE2119, LE2120.
- Equipment not specified: LE2127
However, we still do not know the latter device and do not know whether it will belong to the OnePlus 9 series. However, the information points to three upcoming models. At first sight, the first two characters of the code mark appear to coincide with the leaked trade or marketing name 'Lemonade', which has already appeared in previous leaks.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 and 144 Hz AMOLED display
Along with the code designation of the devices, we also know the following information about technical specifications. According to the published report, the OnePlus 9 series will include the upcoming flag processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 875, but also AMOLED display with cross section and high refresh rate up to the level 144 Hz.
The screen should come from Samsung's workshop, which improved the design by using a shot in the middle of the top of the panel. We could already see this panel in the S10 series, but it has not yet appeared outside Samsung's portfolio. However, the Infinity-O display could also appear on the Vivo X60 Pro smartphone for the first time, followed by OnePlus.
We know from other technical specifications that the device will also include increased durability with IP 68 certification, an NFC chip for contactless Google Pay payments, as well as high-quality stereo speakers. If all the leaked information is confirmed, we can look forward to ultra-fast 65W wireless charging in addition to fast 40W cable charging.
