Chinese company Meizu is preparing its first full - fledged smart watch with the name Meizu watch. These should also be presented alongside the new flagship device marked Meizu 18. We already know the first photos of the product and selected technical specifications of the watch being prepared.

It is the Chinese manufacturer Meizu that is already working on its new flagship series of devices with the label Meizu 18. According to the available leaks, we have already found that two devices have received CCC certification with support for 40W and 30W charging.
Now comes another leak of information from the CNIPO (Chinese National Intellectual Property Office) workshop. It was here that the upcoming device with the code designation M007W was recorded, and thanks to the attached photos, we know that it is a smart watch.
The device that appeared in the information leaks has a square shape with a screen with rounded edges. It also contains one physical button on the right side of the device body. There is certainly a strong resemblance to the famous Apple Watch, including a rubber strap with a virtually identical fastening.
Official performance alongside the Meizu 18 series of smartphones
We currently expect the new smart watch from Meizu to be officially unveiled alongside the Meizu 18 series smartphones. Although we still do not know the official launch date, information leaks have already shown how these devices will be improved. It should be namely the display and the processor.
The processor upgrade to the new Snapdragon 888 5G has already been announced, and a Chinese source further claims that Meizu will stay away from the OLED screen from Samsung's workshop. It contains Full HD resolution and a high refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.
At this moment, we expect that the Chinese manufacturer Meizu will rather choose a panel from the workshop of the Chinese company BOE. According to available information, it should be a panel with curved edges and also a higher and unspecified refresh rate, compared to the Meizu 17 series.
