Chinese manufacturers are preparing a 120 W miracle
Five of the largest and most important Chinese smartphone manufacturers took part in the imaginary competition for the fastest charging. Recently, a certain Chinese leakster revealed that TOP 5 companies from China has already tested the 100 W form of charging.
The voltage ranges from 10 to 20 volts, and the electric current can reach a value of 12 amps. This gives us the highest possible performance 120 watts.
In addition to what you see in the picture, there is no other detailed information yet about the upcoming technologies of lightning-fast battery charging in smartphones.
We don't even know what the top five mobile phone companies in China are actually rated for. We think it's a ranking of companies, according to their total monetary value.
Powerful chargers are already quite familiar to us
Chinese manufacturers, such as Xiaomi and Vivo, have long tested various powerful charging techniques. It is also worth mentioning the fact that the first mentioned company will soon officially introduce the 100 W charging technology in a certain premium phone.
In addition, their 120 W charger, marked MDY-12-ED, has already officially passed 3C certification. Last month, OPPO CEO Shen Yiren also announced that they would soon be showing their own 100W technology to the world. Vivo joined them last year, with its 120 W Super Fast Charging.
