The BlitzWolf brand recently introduced several kitchen helpers. Another in this series is an electric grill BlitzWolf BW-SM1, which can measure the thickness of the meat itself, which then adjusts the cooking temperature.

Automatic measurement of meat thickness
The BlitzWolf BW-SM1 electric grill has a very interesting, intelligent function, thanks to which it can do it automatically measure the thickness of the meat, or any other food. Subsequently, based on the thickness, it selects the ideal baking time.
Thanks to this great feature, you no longer have to worry about how long to bake meat.
The grill itself has dimensions 380 x 320 x 180 mm and is made of high quality metal alloys and stainless steel. This is not a cheap, plastic grill.
The grill area is large 310 x 240 mm (1488 cm2), so it is richly enough to prepare food for the whole family.
Functions and other features
BlitzWolf BW-SM1 provides 8 grilling modes, from which you have a choice when turning on the grill. Specifically, they are:
- thawing
- bacon
- kura
- sausage
- steak
- fish
- hamburger
- barbecue
The electric grill will please with the opening mechanism, which allows you to open the grill completely to the plane, ie to 180°. When baking, it is of course only possible to close the top part partially if necessary.
Both surfaces, upper and lower, are heated. These surfaces were made by a process called die-casting, which means that they were cast with molten metal under high pressure. This ensures very good thermal conductivity.
The grilling surfaces are non-sticky and can be removed. In the lower part there is also a container that catches the escaping oil.
There are also 2 fans for heat dissipation, a modern heating system and overall quality workmanship. It is really a sophisticated product.
