This case also applies to a new sensor from Samsung, which combines two handy functions, thanks to which the resulting photos will be sharp, clear and with a true color rendering.
Samsung ISOCELL GN1
The main attraction of the new sensor ISOCELL GN1 from Samsung is a combination of features Dual Pixel a Tetracell. While it may not seem important at first glance, this combination is really useful.
Dual Pixel may already be well known to photographers. Dual Pixel is used for very fast and accurate focusing, while the Tetracell function works on the principle of connecting 4 pixels together.
The sensor has a resolution 50 MPx and takes photos with maximum resolution 8160 x 6144 pixels. Pixel Size is 1,2 μm and together with the previous parameters it is clear that it will be an excellent sensor.
The already mentioned Tetracell function will take care of clean night photos without noise, thanks to which the individual images will be richer in detail and brighter overall. Of course, we don't even know them HDR from Samsung.
The big advantage of the used HDR is in its ability to edit photos in real time. HDR supports three scenes, each suitable for a different situation. One is for pull out shadows, the second for middle tones and last for bright scenes.
An interesting option is also automatic ISO. The renewed artificial intelligence will help you with the new setting in terms of ISO sensitivity, but also other aspects. So shooting will be a little easier again.
It can be seen that the new Samsung ISOCELL GN1 photo sensor is a really loaded novelty with a number of great functions. Thanks to the use of technology, we assume that the sensor will deliver truly respectable results.
